We offer you the return policy of 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your product delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

The product is eligible for return within the applicable return window of 24 hours from delivery only if it fulfils one or more of the following conditions:

  1. Was delivered in a physically damaged condition
  2. Has missing parts or accessories
  3. Is different from what was ordered

 All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories and in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging as delivered to you along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return/Exchange/Refund applicable only if it has been determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession, or is not different from what was shipped to you or is not opened nor used once sold or delivered.

Issues due to wrong usage and improper storage by the user will not be covered under this policy.

The refund/exchange request will be approved only after examination from the MySecureKid Quality Control team against the mail at support@mysecurekid.com or a call at +91 844-844-866-4.

Once your request for exchange/ refund is accepted, please allow up to 15 business days to process the refund or exchange.


RETURN PROCESS

Upon confirmation of Return from the Support team of MySecureKid, please email our customer service at support@mysecurekid.com or call at +91 844-844-866-4 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase or bills/and the return form provided and mail your return the following address via trustworthy courier at your expenses:

To return an item, visit to your nearest service center and list of service centers is uploaded on the website.

Kindly carry your original bill of purchase. Without the proof of purchase, no refund policy is applicable at service centers.

Delivery charges (if charged) of the product will not be refunded.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your [return/exchange/return or exchange]. Please allow at least 3 weeks from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

In Case, the item is inspected and found to be inappropriate to be considered under return policy then the customer will be notify through email or on call. The user or customer can then speak to our executive and get their query solved. Incase, the product still found out to be inappropriate to be considered under return policy then the product will be re-sent to the customer or user. The charges of sending back the product to the customer will be taken care by the customer or client only.

If your product is approved for refund or exchange, then your refund or exchange will be processed as per your choice. In case of Refund, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your original method of payment or credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
