What are the Shipping & Handling Charges?

We charge a minimal amount for all orders within India. The shipping charges will be notified at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments. The shipping charges and minimum order value may change as and when if there are any offers during a certain period.


How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 working days. However in case there are few areas which are out of coverage deliverable areas, the delivery time may be longer. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.

Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the following factors:

  • Product’s availability – Product is “Out of Stock”.
  • The destination to which you want the order shipped to.

In some cases, we don’t ship or courier the products depending on the following factors –

  • If ‘MySecureKid’ doesn’t have service facility in that area to cover warranty etc.
  • Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location.
  • The availability of reliable courier partners in your location.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We will personally ensure that a new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back. May I exchange the product if dissatisfied with the quality?

It is our goal to provide a consistently reliable product and an exemplary level of customer service. For this reason, we are happy to exchange the product in case of any problem or quality issue with the same.
